El Gallo Giro Mexican Street Food And Tequila

Salsa was very bland and watery. We had to send back the guacamole because it was rotten. I would not recommend this place. We got the soup and it was lousy, and service was not great.

Every single time I order from this specific restaurant the food is never done or makes me have food poisoning I don't understand because the one in garden city is great you guys really need to do better I have a pregnant sister that every time she eats here she gets really really sick so I'm not sure if it's a change in cooks or you guys are to busy but this used to be almost the best Mexican in Boise and now I can't even order a simple thing without getting sick and it's not just once or twice but maybe 5 times I've eaten here and every time it's horrible! I hope you really understand that you are making people sick.

Best Chile Verde!! So delish!! It came in a molcajete. I would wait to eat it when it comes out otherwise the pork pieces shred pretty easily and it will be all shredded. Even if it is, it's still delicious.

Seriously, don't bother. I don't understand what went wrong. the location is cool (very tiny, but the decor is really cute and the bar is well done). the food is next level bad. like the photos speak for themselves. I got chicken tacos, rice, and beans. like, how can you be a mexican food restaurant and mess it up? even taco bell can do better. the rice was so dry and gross. rice is my favorite thing ever and I didn't eat it. the beans are just pinto beans out of a can, they had no flavor at all and the cheese was horrible. the taco itself I mean come on. it tasted like it was out of a crock pot and the onions were just all over like I enjoy onions on my taco but this was insane. we came on a saturday evening too. this is their saturday night food. busiest time for dinner out all week. I hope they figure it out soon, because this won't last like this, that's for sure!

Outstanding food, margaritas customer service ... can't wait to come back !! And great value !
