Firehouse Pub Grill - Meridian

Not happy with the second server or preparation. the first time we've ever been there, we'd try something new, and it was an epic mistake. let me begin from the beginning. our first waitress was great. she has us a drink, she'll fix our drain clean. it was messed up. had everything she should do before her layer ended our second waitress on the other side was completely superfluous for what was going on. our food was planted before their appetizers or eat before their appetizers. my friends eating wasn't messed up what was nice. my on the other side lacked something that was not prepared, the right cheese was not melted and had to be heated again. all the time, everything goes. I can hear them argue that our first waitress didn't order anything. what she did, they didn't read the ticket right. and all the time the manager is there to do nothing. I asked for the bill and our second waitress brought it. never again. So I had to go to the bar and ask where I paid my bill because I didn't see our waitress. they had to go back and get them to come and take my payment.

Worst experience for a table of 14. two hours no appetizer for an hour. afteros had a piece of plastic! when we showed the waitress, her answer was, oh, that's probably what we heard in the kitchen crashing. the apps were very warm. our group will not go back.

We came at the beginning of the shift. the personal has asked us to the page after our request. we enjoyed the afteros and chicken strips and I will return with all my friends and family. recommend the wings and apps. but if you are really hungry thinner daily specials fill...big job boys

The first time since covid; eating (mushroom burger with bags) was delicious and the service was fast and friendly, although it was pretty busy. the only problem that I have is the noise level in the dining room; could be the acoustic in the room or the loud moans laughing, etc. still had a great time and enjoyed our meal: will be definitiw back!

I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff is great but the owner... not so much. Last time I visited was a Saturday night and I was taking a friend out for his birthday. We got a pitcher and started playing pool. Around 9pm, they start getting busy. Around 9:15, the owner starts closing down, even though the hours said they were open until Midnight. Around 9:30, I went to the bar to ask for some quarters to play more pool. The owner got me the quarters and then just said OK, you 're done. Around 9:45, they started asking people to finish their drinks and leave. No good bar closes before 11pm, especially when your hours say midnight. Unfortunately, I won 't be coming back.
