I always get the ham breakfast burrito! So amazing!!! Some people have said they have customer service issues but I have never had any at this location myself, always been a good experience. Keep up the good work guys! The prices have increased a littlebit, but I think this has happened everywhere.

This was the absolute WORST customer service experience I?ve ever had. After fighting with the employee at the window about my order being wrong 3 TIMES, I was assured it was correct and went home. I got home the order is 100% wrong. There was guacamoleon one, the consumer is allergic couldn?t eat it. The other was a completely different burrito. I called to talk to someoneand was hung up on twice and then they unplugged their phones. There?s no contact number other than the store number. Absolutelythe worst experience. Update: The quality, value, and friendliness has greatly diminished over the last year+. Burritos are full of potatoes with little meat anymore when they were already borderline meaty but generally really good anyways. Not anymore. They have hiredyoung people who don't care about giving you what you order consistently or made properly. They seem frustrated that you'rethere half the time. The food is above average for fast food Mexican, really quite tasty with the green and red sauces. Hugeportions, priced well, and VERY fast service.

If you haven?t tried Betos, you must check out their power-packed burritos. Just a single breakfast burrito (loaded with eggs, cheese, potato, and great for any time of the day) will satisfy even the most demanding appetites. Service is always fast andfriendly. Definitely a favorite!
