I wanted to place an order through the waiter, but they informed me that they were unable to do so as they did not have a laptop. After 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to call the assistant manager for assistance. The assistant manager assured me that they would resolve the issue and instructed me to call the waiter back. When I called the waiter again and provided the restaurant's name, they accepted my order. However, when I contacted the restaurant again to speak to the assistant manager, I was informed that they had been suspended. The person I spoke to claimed that the assistant manager was not present, which I knew was a lie as I had just spoken to them moments ago. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem and continue supporting the business, it seemed that the staff were not interested in providing good customer service. As a result, I have decided not to patronize this restaurant again and will share my negative experience with others in the Meridian area who enjoy dining out.
I went to eat at this restaurant, but the guy clearing tables was loudly complaining about customers leaving trash and not leaving tips. This seemed to be a common occurrence at every table. Besides clearing tables, we also saw him trying to flirt with a girl behind the counter. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided not to leave a tip this time. If the restaurant doesn't pay their table cleaner well, they should let customers know to bus their own tables or give them the option to do so. Employees should be respectful towards their employer. I was at the restaurant today at 4:30.
This was my first time at this restaurant. I decided to try the orange cranberry melt and it was delicious. The food was so good that I forgot to take a picture before devouring it. The restroom was also very clean.
New to the city, first experience was terrible. the children wanted pizza, but the grown-ups wanted to eat real food. found what I would be our going to the restaurant because it was close to our house. ordered 5 children pizza and two adult meals. paid, picked up and went. bag felt light. when I checked the bags no pizza. she said we've been out of them for months. (a call would have been nice, as this was the large part of our order) a refund would have been even better. left without refund and no pizza. the person in register did not know how to make a refund, she said I would get a refund in 4 to 5 days
The Club is my favorite. Just add potato salad and sweet tea and you have a 5 star meal.
