The Rustler - Meridian

Excellent food. Superb filet. Asparagus was so good that even I ate it all. Service was great. Nice atmosphere. Best meal by far in Meridian. Not a cheap dinner but well worth it.

The service is wonderful from start to finish. The food is good but slightly over seasoned and salty. The atmosphere is great but it is disappointing to see the owner sitting on top of the bar where they keep the liquor and his feet on the bar area. Other than that I would highly recommend this place!!

It is expensive, but it is very good.. I had the NY Strip with baked potato and asparagus. everything was excellent, including the bread that you start with. the salad was a bit underwhelming.the two things i don't like about the rustler is how dark they keep it in the bar area, when you walk in, and the over stuffed feeling i had when i left : .

They have a new Executive Chef at The Rustler and he has improved the food and added some new items. It is better than ever and now with great great tasting food.

Fabulous food. If you can get past the location and don't fear being carjacked.
