Mcalister's Deli - Meridian

I’m a huge fan of McAlister’s, but what we were served tonight wasn’t even edible. It’s sad to see this business take such a turn in quality of food and service, as we used to come to this establishment often. Tonight, we ordered our meal curbside. We waited about 10 minutes in the car until we finally went in to get our food to find the staff all standing around with three curbside orders sitting ready to go. This isn’t a big deal, what I have a bigger problem with is the food. My daughters food wasn’t edible. I ordered her a turkey grilled cheese, hers didn’t have turkey on it and the sandwich was literally hard. My meal was disgusting. I don’t know what they put on it, but it had a TERRIBLE taste to it. We ended up eat pb&j’s for dinner.

I ordered 2 ultimate nachos to be delivered to my home tonight. While the taste was good and the delivery was prompt, I was disappointed to find that the nacho chips were not chips at all, but rather the small bits left at the bottom of the bag. They were crushed and broken, with only 5 whole chips in my order. The toppings were delicious, but the lack of quality chips was a letdown. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, I was informed that they are now using these inferior chips. This is unacceptable, especially considering the higher price. I would not recommend ordering the nachos from this restaurant anymore.

Before a few weeks they left my chips and lazy out of my order command and my man took it up and did not check before he came home. they left my broccoli-cheddar soup today. So I sat on the parking lot and called and told them. 20-30 min past and no suppe yet. I called again and they came to my car to ask if I wanted another suppe. I said: “No, as I told the other girl on the phone, I didn’t get it, so I want the one who is missing. 10 minutes left and finally got it. there is always something that is missing every time I do a curb-side job.

I have no problems with this place in the rule, but I specifically asked the waiter to make sure my order had accompanied a speer with him. of course there was no speer to find when I came home! I really wish people would follow basic instructions. prost!

I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY SLOW FOLKS WORKING AND TAKING THEIR PRECIOUS TIME AS THO YOUR TIME DOESN'T MATTER!!! I CALLED IN A SANDWICH AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES. I PRECEDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT THAT LONG; THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER CHANGED IT AND SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 10 MINUTES BUT I STRESSED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE LONG TO WAIT CONSIDERING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BE BACK TO WORK SOON. I WENT RIGHT IN AND THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING, PAID FOR MY ORDER ONLY TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 25 MINUTES SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THE CASHIER ACTED AS THO SHE COULDN'T FIND MY ORDER ALTHOUGH SHE HAD MY RECEIPT IN HER HAND. I VISIT THIS MCALISTERS QUITE A BIT BUT TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK BECAUSE THEY MOVE LIKE TURTLES. THE FOOD DOESN'T TASTE THAT GOOD FOR ME TO SPEND MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK WAITING FOR IT...
