The people working yesterday around 4pm time were just amazing. They were super sweet and that is a prime example of why I always come back Thank you guys for such exceptional service. Always.

Staff was friendly, but the other reviews are true. Portions were embarrassingly small. Food barely filled half the bowl I ordered.

I’m genuinely saddened to say that I used to love Qdoba. However, since 2020, increased competition in the fresh Mexican food scene and labor issues have seriously affected the business. The quality of the food has been terrible for at least the past two years. I truly hope they can turn things around, but it increasingly feels like a long shot. On a recent visit, I ended up walking out without ordering because not only have they removed some of their best menu items, but the food they had sitting in the warmers looked like it had been there for over eight hours. The steak appeared to be going bad, almost resembling ground beef, and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. This is not good, and they need to make some significant changes if they want to survive!
