We love the atmosphere and the employees we usually see, but today was a whole different experience. We came in during their busy time, but we didn’t mind because that’s when we usually come in. Both my husband and I saw new faces working at the restaurant and weren’t greeted at all. Which is fine though. We put in our orders and waited maybe 30ish minutes for my food and our appetizers to come out. The employees didn’t tell us anything about my husband's order being delayed or that it will come out shortly. We waited till closing time when the waiters started to close up the restaurant, for my husband’s ramen to be served. It wasn’t just my husband who had to wait for a long time too. There was another couple who was there before us who waited a lot longer than my husband to have their food be served. We would've appreciated if the “new” faces that were working today at least tried to accommodate my husband and that couple instead of standing around and talking to each other in front of the customers. Because when my husband and I come in and see the usual employees, we’re always being taken care, even if the restaurant packed.
Had lunch there today with my wife and daughter. Place is very clean and has a cool vibe to it with the decor. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and my wife and daughter both had the Pork belly rice bowls. We split a side of pan fried Gyoza and Takoyaki...everything was fantastic!! Service was top notch as well. Can't believe it took me so long to come in and try it after driving by all the time...if you've been wanting to try it, get after it; they're slinging the goods in here!
Was at the nearby Speedway when we decided to head somewhere nearby for dinner. A quick walk away was Ramen Sho. I'd always wanted to try high quality Ramen after years of cup noodles. Ramen Shoe did not disappoint! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was delicious. Highly recommend the fried chicken as well. Service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was nice.
I went to Ramen Sho after having an appetite for noodles. I had the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, the best ramen I have ever had! I spoke with one of the cooks, John, amazing customer service! Felt like a family! Will definitely come again!Food: 5/5
Went to the Ramen-sho tonight because someone told me it was good. But I walked out immediately when I saw that the server had a NOSE RING!Why do restaurants think that a server with a nose ring is conducive to a good eating experience???
