Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The first time at Red Robin. I enjoyed the Scorpio Burger! Fries were great and the server was nice. It was extremely busy and the servers were ALL. It was a loud, busy atmosphere where I could enjoy life and enjoy my burger after an unusually hectic day (in my head).

The service was exceptional. Friendly, fast and the food came out correct and fresh and hot. We've been to all of the Red Robin's in the valley and this one by far exceeded our expectations. We will gladly travel further to be greeted with good food and good service.

The food was good. Our granddaughter order a Hamburger and asked for the tomatoes and pickles on the side, which they did, but then didn't put any lettuce on the Hamburger, so we had to wait a while to get someone's attention to get some lettuce. The waiter was okay and we were able to get the attention of some of the other waitresses to get what we needed.

Red Robin has great food but they got rid of the Caesar Wrap. That was the main reason for going there. I was pretty bummed. I ordered the Chicken strips instead and they're really good. Prices are high like any other place. I would give them five stars if they had my wrap. Oh, the waitress was amazing! Never in my life have I met a waitress as friendly and on top of things like this girl. I wish I could remember her name.

The food and service was excellent, but I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The ledge by our table had at least a quarter inch of dust built up which had to have been there for quite some time. The floor was littered in trash and old food. It was obvious that no one had cleaned in months; if the dining area was this dirty, I am scared to see the kitchen.
