Rib Shack - Meridian

Excellent meats. The ribs were very tender and the brisket was melt-in-your mouth.

We had the rib tips with okra and the half chicken plate. Meat was tender and the sauce complimented the meat. I would have preferred the tips to be more grilled and seared than they were. This critique was more of preference versus what their customers are probably accustomed too. Baked beans and greens were delicious per my boys. The okra was overcooked and lacked seasoning/salt. Overall, some hits and misses at the Rib Shack.

Excellent ribs and pulled pork, yams were delicious. Definitely be going back!! The ladies at the register are super nice and helpful.

Great BBQ better that u'd expect. Highly recommend you try it.
