Contribuisci feedbackCompletely underwhelmed. Out of four orders only two ended up making to the table correctly. The food quality left very little to be desired. It was a the Monday after New Year's Eve and it seemed chaotic. There were several open tables and we got in without waiting. Our server was very sweet but seemed flustered and it was difficult to get the few things we asked for in a timely manner. I will not go back to Twigs as there are too many other options out there that will deliver a good tasting meal correctly.
Worst customer service EVER! I ordered online (through their website) and I went to go pick up the order and they were closed (during business hours) so I called the next day and they were AWFUL. Basically they charged me over $54 and have REFUSED to refund me or even give me a gift card for the amount. It was over the holidays. I have tried now for over a month to get my money. The food is just subpar anyway but the fact that they just took my money makes me LIVID. I have worked customer service my entire life so I know they can do something. They were so rude on top of it and made me cry. Gross experience.
Warm atmosphere, friendly service, delicious drinks. Had the Moroccan beef appetizer and cannot recommend it enough.
My date and I had a wonderful time here! We had reservations, but there was plenty of space in a Monday night. Calamari appetizer was beautiful with artichoke hearts and picked red onion with a brownish butter-mustard dip. I have a rib that was made as I wanted. My date had three lemon drops Martinis. A good time was from everyone!
My Chinese chicken salad was delicious. They exchanged the chicken for avocado and our server was attentive, but not overlaid. Not overcrowded, sat right when we were there. I'll eat there again.
