Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Merrillville

The food tasted good and the service was great. Only thing I didn't care for was the thicker part of my sandwich wasn't heated through all the way. A little cool spot in the middle. I've only been here once so far, maybe my next experience will be different?

Excellent sandwiches! Really loved the steak sandwich. Can't wait to be hungry again so I can go back and buy another!

2nd time we went to this particular location. They serve you with a smile, especially the young lady who took our order. And it was delicious.

Sit down dine in experience had a hip vibe. The chicken salad sandwich was delicious!

Love Potbelly!!! Staff was super friendly and personable. Only thing that stopped the 5 stars was we asked for no tomato and no jalapeños. But it's a simple mistake. Definitely going back!
