Wendy's - Merrillville

If you go an hour before close they don't answer the speaker for the drive thru and when you pull around to the window they ignore you. I had ordered online for a pickup and when I arrive 25 minutes later I had to tap on the window and hollar to get someone to come even though there was 4 employees just standing there...if I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have got any food. So they made it and it was the oldest driest Wendy's I've ever eaten in my life.. so go early is my advice

Every time we come here they Always get my son's order right. The food is Always hot and fresh. We are Very Happy, Satisfied, and Repeat customers! Thank youKid-friendliness: Wendy's is very kid friendly.

Well , it's fast food and I went to the drive through so yeah , the atmosphere was Is nothing to write home to mother about. I like to get the bacon and cheese baked potato. They potate it is always cooked really soft which I like. It's inexpensive it very satisfying.

Food was whatever, it's just the fact that one of the employees on lunch break was loudly complaining about my mom's service dog. He is a medical alert service dog and she needs him. He never even went near her and she dramatically moved tables and kept making comments. Pretty unprofessional.
