They definitely had available tables at 6 on a Monday so my reservation was unnecessary- it pays to be sure you're getting a table when you go on a date. The staff is very polite and helpful without being over-bearing. There was no being bothered too many times during the meal for more water or if we needed something else. As for the food, I had the prosciutto wrapped cod and it was very good. Be warned that there's a lot of butter sauce for those looking for a healthy option but it is tasty. My date had the Cuban Swordfish and she said it was delicious. The prices for the quality of our meals was very reasonable so I will continue to recommend this place for a date night or just a night out with family and/or friends.
My group sat pretty quickly and was served with drinks and apps. We waited a little bit longer for the food, but could understand it was busy. One person in my group ordered a medium steak and the first time was well done, second was RAW! (Picture below) To include, the MANAGER is the one who served her the steak and said “have fun”. Didn’t wait to see if it was even cooked right. Another person in my group ordered a medium well steak but the food was not seasoned/and very dry. Definitely not coming back.
My sisters and I took my aunt here for an early dinner. Our waitress Christine was an absolute angel! We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was so worth it. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!
I had a bad meal. However, my 4 friends had good meals. I've been to multiple 110 locations. I will go again just wont get the hot honey chicken sandwich.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I made a reservation for a group of 10, well in advance, to have a celebratory dinner for my son 's graduation. We showed up about 10 minutes before our reservation and were immediately told that our table wouldn 't be ready at our designated time. That 's fine, we didn 't mind waiting a little bit. Totally understand that this is a busy night since we aren 't the only family with a graduate. A few times, the manager came by and said they were trying to get the other people out and had instructed the servers not to offer dessert. We continue to wait past our reservation time when the manager eventually comes back and says that the people at the tables just aren 't leaving and he has no other table options. He also says that they regularly overbook large parties and this happens to them all the time. I 'm not sure who they are but as a manager shouldn 't he have more control over that? He was very abrupt and kind of rude. Said apologetic words but in a very rude tone like it was my fault this happened. He basically canceled our reservation and we tried calling around to other restaurants but of course because it was the night of Chelmsford 's high school graduation everywhere else was booked. We ended up having to go home and order pizza. I have been to 110 Grill a few times before this and was never really super impressed but my son wanted to go here. After this experience I will never go here again and I really wouldn 't recommend it. In general the food and drinks I have had in the past here were mediocre and over priced.
