Kfc - Mesa

When I entered the restaurant, they assured me they hadn't forgotten my order, which was nice, but it didn't resolve the issue. I requested a refund since I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer for my food. I'm not sure what they said while walking away to the drive-thru window, but it didn't seem like anyone was willing to assist me promptly. Ultimately, I left with just my drink. In the future, KFC should be more transparent about wait times for their customers. Perhaps expanding their parking space would help, given the frequent delays.

I ordered my meal, but the server wouldn't even extend her hand to take my debit card. I had to lean through the window to hand it to her! When she finally gave me my drink and food, I again had to reach through the window to get my meal. There was no greeting or acknowledgement; she didn’t even look at me when she handed over my lunch. Not a single "have a nice day" or anything.

Can I give this place a negative 5-star rating? We used the drive-thru, and they pulled us up to the door. After 15 minutes, my wife went in to find someone to take our order. When our food finally arrived, it was only partially correct and had gone cold by the time we got it. We definitely will not be returning to this place. Strange experience, to say the least, but that's what I can share.

A $50 muddy ****, whatever that was. first of the staff were not complaining. eating on the other side....terrible seems to me kfc getting worse. everything was soggy (especially the crispy chicken,) the skin was 1/2 off in pile everything and had about 10x more salt than necessary and the whole meal was warm. we live 3 miles away, so this is unacceptable. disgusting not sure how kfc survives more when popeye gets it right every time. what a break.

We ordered 3 large family size mash potatoes and 1 Mac n cheese. $27 on sides and you can't serve the right amount? SMH Our order was read back to us and still we had to go back in to get rest of the order. Was good tho. ?? there's your ?
