Starbucks - Mesquite

They have the most horrible abrasive person working here named Alaska. We asked about a drink and all they said was yes yes yes and then when I asked what was meant by a question they talked to me like I was very stupid. Terrible terrible customer service.

I have had two bad experiences here. The first was bad service and Luke warm coffee. The second was out of coffee, both types. But the new manager took care of the problems. I returned this week. The twice baked almond pastry was fresh and tasty, actually one of the better I have ever had. The French roast was hot but not as flavorful as I hoped. All the pastry looked excellent as did the food. Worth a try.

Sometimes a person has no choice but to frequent Starbucks!

Waited a little to get order. One of our coffees had more milk than coffee. Not a fan of that. My coffee didn't taste at all like a Caramel Machioto. Hopefully it was just an off day...
