Café Equator Thai Cuisine - Metairie

Been a patron for years and suddenly got hit with a 10% hidden fee almost $20 on a $200 pickup order TODAY. I would've been okay had I been notified of this charge when I made the call, but they just lost a loyal customer. Receipt says “takeout packaging service”. It's NOT okay to not disclose this beforehand. This is not my first time ordering takeout over $100. So disappointed because I recommended so many people to this place.

Horrible experience!! First walk in the lady with the short black hair and she wears glasses. She was very nastiest and rude. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. But don’t take it out on potential customers! That’s bad business!

I can not rave enough about this place! We were seated quickly and our server Becky was astronomical! She was funny attentive and knowledgeable! Terry was awesome and their dynamic made our visit memorable. Stuffed chicken We ordered the pad thai (shrimp) A bottle of wine and lots of laughs! Totally recommend this place

Delicious, cheap, fast, and healthy this is a dream of a spot.

Best Thai restaurant so far!! Great quality and flavors in the dishes! Staff is nice and helpful! The place is nice and cozy!
