Carrabba's Italian Grill - Metairie

Slow service and there were hardly any customers. The food was okay. I've eaten better Carrabba's in a whole quality. I might go back, but don't recommend a friend. 2-1/2 out of 5 stars.

I love the food. Prices are very reasonable. And you can't beat Mike's service and friendliness when you sit at the bar. Blake is an excellent manager! We're regular guests.

Sara is excellent and very entertaining. She made the culinary experience special. Go on.

Bre'alle our waitress was incredible! We ate on the outside deck and the food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was so relaxing and family-oriented and very inclusive. It's just my second time ever eating from Carrabba Italian grill, but this experience has been so much better because of our waitress and hostesses and employees as well! Best customer service at all, but not wrong as I said... The food is also delicious! I am just a person who is very noticeable for customer service. I recommend this place to everyone and it is very LGBT friendly!?????????????????????????

Started off with the chicken soup. It tasted great and was seasoned berry well. My wife found the soup a little on the salty side. I ordered the Chicken Parm. I found the breading to be slightly overcooked, to the point that the ends were black. My wife had the meatballs for her meal. She could only finish one. Overall the meal was a pleasant lunch for the two of us.
