As always the frozen puccino 100% its the best thing to get addicted to!if you haven't tried 1x you. Must. Try. ASAP!

I had the nicest lady at the drive thru this morning around 6:40

Some of the new workers are very rude. Whomever cooks seems to not have work etiquette. Loudly saying that you're sick, behind the counter where food an drinks are, is pretty disgusting. Customer service could use a huge boost when informing customers of anything.

Listen — the ambience is a 10 the customer service is a 2 at best. The afternoon staff is better than the morning. Other than Eliana… the effort that was put into decorating this location needs to be put on training the staff. Use “Chick-fli-a” as an example Puccinno’s get your stuff together!

I'm a skinny Grenada junkie it's excellent coffee. No change, still great.
