Contribuisci feedbackMy order was quickly read back along with the total, and I was asked to pull around to the second window. When I arrived there, it felt deserted. Eventually, a lady with long blonde hair extensions came around the counter. She opened the glass, took my card, processed my payment, and instructed me to wait at the pedestrian sign for my order. It was clear she didn’t want to be bothered and would rather be anywhere but dealing with the few cars in line. Perhaps they had just finished a busy rush. I placed my order at 8:31 p.m., and it was brought out at 8:50. The staff member still seemed annoyed with whatever was on her mind. During my wait, four cars passed through the drive-thru. I understand that preparing food takes time, and I try to be patient. However, when we got home, I was disappointed to find the chicken pieces unexpectedly small, and the fries were undercooked and soft. Some of the sauce even tasted sour. It’s worth noting that the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. My main concern is the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff member. Customers who spend over $40 on a visit deserve better service, as does any customer. I recognize that everyone has their struggles, whether it's fatigue or personal issues. Despite this experience, I won't let one person's behavior diminish my rating of this place to four stars. Most of my visits here have been quite enjoyable. However, I am left wondering why the portions of chicken have become smaller, as I've noticed this trend in my recent visits to Cane's. I’m not looking for a free meal replacement; I just want to provide an honest review.
I haven't had Cane's in a while, and it definitely satisfies my cravings just like before. I'm pleased to see that they can handle the demand, especially during peak hours. The food is fresh—a solid 9 out of 10 at this location—and the customer service is good.
The chicken is excellent, and the customer service is exceptionally friendly. The fries are just okay, but the Texas toast is fantastic. I make sure to stop by every time I'm in Louisiana. I highly recommend it!
Never coming back again!! The chicken was yellowish green in the inside. I?m not supposed to consume anything spoiled especially because I?m pregnant so I?m very upset I took a bite before realizing it was SPOILED. It?s a shame that I have to pick around my chicken while eating it every time I come here. Not only that but the chicken is definitely on steroids. Hugest chicken I?ve ever seen. I will not be returning to any canes location because this scarred me.
The Operations Manager Sam is the GOAT!!! I called in a frenzy because I needed a receipt replacement to complete my expense report. Sam was super friendly, polite, calm and immediately reassured me that she would be able to find it! In less than 10 minutes the receipt was in my inbox! Exceptional service! Thank you!! Oh and this was for an order that we called in an hour in advance for 40 boxes and they graciously accepted the order and had the food hot and ready for us when we got there! The whole crew is amazing!
