Here you got a long list of entrepreneurs showcasing their own country's specialties like Renato Robles, a full-blooded Costa Rican.  Pura Vida is life and means life in itself. This vibrant place transports you to South America with its authentic dishes and ambiance. They say it looks like a typical Costa Rican beach house near the shore, the look is colorful, relaxing yet festive. Bob Marley's huge mural greets you and the songs are pretty much reggae all day, all night.  They serve patacones, fajitas, ceviche, chicharrones, cocktails and everything else in their hometown. Thanks to this exclusive invite, I got to try almost everything they serve on their menu.  For appetizers, I loved Enyucados, cassava balls filled with gooey cheese. It's a plain starter yet satisfying. We also got to try its ground beef variety. Another starter, Patacones was a hit to everyone. This is fried plantains seasoned with salt and olive oil, served with hefty portions of refried beans and chunky guacamole. We also had refreshing Ceviche de Tiqyuiza, a citrus raw fish in lime, onions, cilantro, ginger ale and other spices. This dish is quite similar to our Kilawin.  For the mains, we got served all their combinations. All plates had side salad filled with color and nutrients. My favorite amongst them was easily their Arroz Con Pollo. It's an order with spiced rich roasted chicken and fried rice mixed with beans. This staple dish made me wanna go Costa Rica! I also raved on their Beef Stew, it was a complex bite of flavors, tender, and filling.  The cocktails here were plentiful and they have classic and their own concoctions going. I suggest going for the Miguelito, a synergy of sugar and spike. It has Vodka, coconut milk and evaporated milk rolled into a glass of ice!  What are you waiting for? If you all like to have a good time and meet new friends. I highly recommend to come here. Food is something you wouldn't have experienced as the owner is from Costa Rica and keeps his food authentic????
