This restaurant gave with good service a great value. in running the time they seem not able to cope with their popularity. new menu items not available, inconspicuous employee-recent characters show on this place too unbearable, overrated level.

One of the best places to go if they have a request for pinoy to eat. Menu offers can be as fusion and contemporary as they have a modern twist on traditional Filipino food. the e.g. sizzling kansi is a reimagined Bulalo soup (with...cooked knochenmark,) which is boiled and served on Sizzling-Platter. they have so many interesting selections on the menu, a single visit would not be enough to get taste of them all. the food service is quickly from your personal.

Try the sizzling kansi. pritchon pancake with hoisin sauce. crispy dilis, most of her chicken inasal bbq dishes, also her tortang talong with crispy sardines and kesong puti.

This was our first time dining at Sarsa and we were pleasantly surprised. Despite the long wait, we decided to stay as the food looked delicious and we were not disappointed. The service could be better, but overall we enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back.

Sarsa used to be one of my favorite restaurants in BGC. Sadly, a number of factors made this change: The staff is unattentive, very slow, and simple gestures such a hello when handing out the menus are missing. Especially payments take a very long time,...even at lunchtime when there are just few tables in use. Another point is the booking system: One day its not possible to book in advance, another day it is. I wanted to book a table for 4 (business dinner), but was told that its not possible and we should just come. Weird, but okay. Went there, and we are rejected as the place is full. Stupid thing that first two tables are actually unused, but blocked with a reserved sign. Come on guys, what is that? Last but not least (maybe im just unlucky), the menu was changed, and 2 of my favorite meals, and my favorite drink have disappeared. I really loved this place, but especially the very crappy service gets me annoyed every single time. We used to be frequent visitors, but no more!
