Shawarma varies from chicken to beef to lamb, everything for me tasted so good! Service wise is also good! For the dip, of course yogurt and cheese is a good combination!
Weekend promo: Come with a friend and order their rice meal so you get the iced tea for free. Finally got to try their Shawarma rice. Tasted good, though I found the amount of their rice lacking ???? or maybe I'm just used to eating a lot of rice that a regular serving isn't enough. Ordered Beef Shawarma Rice. It comes with 2 free sauces so I got Garlic Yoghurt and Cheese. I thought cheese on shawarma would taste really good but surprisingly it was just ok. Loved it with garlic yoghurt though. Went on a Saturday before coming to class. Since it was my first time there, I wasn't aware of their weekend promo but the cashier was really nice to let us know and give us free iced tea yay! So you pay only 179 instead of the usual 199 rice meal+drink.
Service is friendly but a bit slow. The place overall has a fast vibe to it, sort of like "eat and go". I like that they have buzzers so you can pick it up yourself. Shawarma was okay, but it's the pita tostadas I'm after. I love the crunch and the hummus! You can choose between panini press or fried, with the former being the healthier option. Might try their shawarma soon. issagv.blogspot.com
Entering fist bump area. Shawarma Bros states that it offers a different shawarma experience. And I am glad to say it does. It is not too often that I can choose between beef, chicken, or lamb for my meat. It is much rarer that I could ask for more sauce when I run out. Furthermore, the sauce comes in garlic yoghurt, cheese, chili, and extra spicy flavors. And I can have all of that in a small wrap, a burrito, or a huge rice meal. These are portions meant for big eater bros like myself. So feel free to indulge. My personal favorite meal is the Big Bro Chicken Shawarma Rice Meal. It comes with a hearty heaping of yellow rice, a mix of onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers, pieces of grilled chicken, a choice of two sauces, and iced tea. Rounding it out is a plate of keema, which is grilled ground meat like a picadillo/giniling. So that's a lot, but it fills me up and then some. My way of eating it is by mixing the keema and veggies into the rice and drizzling it with sauce on top. I save the other sauce for the chicken. It's a big and messy way to eat, but a bro has to find ways. If you run out of drinks, you can help yourself to a nearby pitcher of water. And as I mentioned earlier, if you run out of sauce you can ask for more at the cashier. But be a bro and know your limit. Sauce, like any resource, is a precious gift. Sauce is meant to be shared. That is the secret of being a bro. Be tough and eat hearty, but watch out for your fellow bros when they want to get in on the action. Fist bump.
