Yumchee - Metro Manila

This is a classic Chinese fast food restaurant. I particularly enjoy the large bowl of Congee paired with Milk Tea. The Siomai and Shrimp dumplings are delicious and satisfying, even when ordered as a single serving.

If you're in the mood for congee or Chinese food, I highly recommend trying this place. I absolutely love their congee, it's one of my favorites. It's so delicious you don't need to add anything to it. Their milk tea is similar to others I've had, and the iced coffee is average but reasonably priced. However, I didn't enjoy the orange chicken or any chicken and rice dish - it seemed to have more flour than actual chicken. The dumplings look nice but taste just okay. I believe they are open 24 hours on Thursday and Friday. Overall, a mixed review but their congee is definitely a standout dish.

Yumchee is not a fancy restaurant, but they have a variety of tasty options for a satisfying Chinese meal. Their Iced Coffee and Milk Tea are particularly delicious and memorable.

We dined lunch here and ordered the beef wanton noodle. Food taste so tasty but i find it so umami flavor. The food serving is so small though the dimsum is delicious. We will try again the rice dishes as well as the cold milk tea. I just find the staff is not so friendly, we asked for a glass of water and he says, just get it at the corner table. Maybe giving water to customers is not part of their duties and responsibilities..

A convenient place to eat chinese comfort food, just go to the cashier, order your food, pay for your orders and it will be delivered to you real quick. I can't really remember what I ate here other than the dessert which was shaved ice with sweet milk, you can add 2 toppings with the regular order. The menu here is really more like street food but in a nice and pleasant indoor setting.
