At first I was skeptical since it seemed to have been a twin company for the adjacent salon. But once I was inside, I couldn 't help but notice the decor. It seems they were a family of collectors... And their collections through the ages are displayed all over the shelves. Some coming from days long passed up to more recent sets. Feels more like a history parade of collectibles past. Tables are somewhat themed. Maybe not themed but rather the lack of a theme. No two tables are alike... Gives it that quaint comfy feel. Sit where it feels the most like home. There is a tiny shelf stocked up with interesting novels. A (former freedom wall with no space left for new messages. Free flowing FREE cold purified water from their dispenser, with clean glasses always available. Has outside, open-air seating for smokers. Their black coffee is superbly balanced. May seem as a bit plain at first but what 's surprising is the lack of a bitter after-taste. It all just goes down smoothly. They serve liquid creamer and sweetener along with your black coffee, by the way. Their cold drinks are a killer as well. Perfect for people with a sweet-tooth. Fraps and shakes. Take your pick. They also serve cake, which goes perfect with their many concoctions masterfully crafted by their barista who used to work for starschmucks. (although I sorta wished he never mentioned he was from starschmucks. And if he wasn 't around, you can be sure whoever is there has been personally trained by him. Their food is excellent. Their burger, large... And juicy... And has leaves in it. With real mayonnaise. Served with fries on the side. Their pasta is delicious, usually served with toast. They keep mixing things up when it comes to their menu. They got seasonal items (like their ramen , as well as regular items (like their mini shawarma, a must-try. Their rice meals are another thing to look forward to. You just gotta try it to see what I mean. It is, however a tiny bit more expensive than the nearby counterparts. But the quality of taste as well as appearance and packaging is more than doubled. I actually almost said ten fold but that would be an overshot statement. They also got ample parking space that can host a couple o ' SUVs with ease... Or a whole row of bikes. Basically, you 're almost guaranteed to have parking space. Last, but definitely not the least... The hardworking, cheerful, friendly crew. This is what separates this place from nearby competitors. Their people are human beings... Would smile with you, would actually care. They are all just so approachable, from staff up to management.
We are always here the nachos and drinks are nice excepts for the ramen though its not a ramen its just a mami but its atill taste good just a false advert.
