It is always a pleasure and a pleasure to have lunch or dinner at Brioude. The kitchen is elegant and gourmet, with a lot of delicacy. The Ardéchois cheese tray (and others, but good. by Alain is as generous as he is. We always spend a sweet and greedy time.

We made a half-board stay at the Hôtel du Levant Restaurant Claude Brioude from 11 to 16 July 2016. It was an extraordinary experience that we kept a wonderful memory. The calm, tranquility of the place located in the heart of the mountains, not to mention the kindness and attention of the Brioude family have totally conquered us. What about the kitchen? Excellent local products, a huge creativity, refinement and generous dishes make Claude Brioude restaurant, an exceptional place!
