Bonefish Grill - Miccosukee

Ordered sirloin and crab cake. The crab cake was delicious but way, way too small. Smaller than a biscuit. Three bites. Sirloin ordered medium well, it came so rare that blood was dripping from it when I cut into it. I told my husband that if I had a defibrillator I could have saved the cow. I had to send it back. Waitress seemed stunned I sent it back to be grilled to medium. We were the only patrons at that time but we only saw our waitress once and I think if my dad hadn’t started calling “Miss? Miss?” We’d still be waiting. Then she arrived again and got us refills. That was the last time we saw her.If I ever eat food from there again, it would be crab cakes and asparagus to pick up. Oh, the macaroni cheese with bacon was great, I’d get that as well. Not the place to go for a steak.

We usually love Bonefish but this experience left a lot to be desired. We received the wrong side with one of our dishes and waited 15-20 minutes for the correct side to be delivered to the table. My husband and our guest both ordered filets that looked more like ribeyes and were not cooked to their order. My sea bass entree, which was the evening’s special, was severely undercooked and was replaced after approximately 30 minutes. When it finally arrived it was still partially undercooked but it was already late and a weeknight so I just worked with it. Bang bang shrimp was on point as always. Manager was amazing…and it was her first night. We did not have to pay for my entree and received a free dessert as compensation for the kitchen mishaps.

We were going to have lunch there as we have done before but when we arrived there we people waiting outside. They said you weren’t open , there was no sign on the door stating hour changes I pulled up the website and told the other people waiting that you now open at 3. Needless to say we were all disappointed and have to settle for something else Please post something on the door so others won’t be waiting outside. Thank you for answering me I mainly write you because of the others that were waiting when I got there evidently they don’t know how to find your website. Do a sign on the door would suffice. And I will be back we love your bang bang shrimp tacos
