Costa Coffee - Mid Devon

When I was on my way to Plymouth, I passed through Crediton where I spotted a branch of Costa. I visited this branch of Costa for coffee and charge my tablet. Service was fast and efficient and the coffee was excellent.

Discovered this venue by accident and so glad we did. It was good spacing of tables and chairs so didn't feel on top of others. Really great coffee, I like my cappo extra hot with sweetners before the foam...who wants a whole undissolved sweetner.Nothing was too much trouble. Very calming experience and would recommend.

I am a frequent customer of Costa Coffee, and I found the Crediton branch to be very similar to the others. There is ample seating, fast service, and the staff are usually friendly.

My daughter and I visited Costa for drinks, but were disappointed by the slow service and lack of customer care. It took about 10 minutes to receive our drinks, which we had to collect ourselves. While my daughter was enjoying her hot chocolate and a lollipop given to her by a friend, a staff member abruptly approached her and said she could not eat outside food in the café. I reassured her that she could finish it, but when I returned from the restroom, she was upset because a staff member had taken the lollipop away and scolded her. We left feeling unhappy with our experience and do not plan on returning.

Very good service, friendly and fast, all that is necessary to have a good coffee shop, keep them the good work
