Long John Silver's (7059) - Middlesboro

The service was excellent, but unfortunately the food was cold and overly greasy. The coleslaw was lackluster and didn’t have much flavor. We ordered only a small amount of food, but for $64, I expected a better experience overall.

Prices have risen dramatically, but the food is still excellent. However, they must say that they are out of business themselves price

All right! Of course the fish is good, but everything fried tastes the same. I guess because they use the same fat for everything, I'm not sure. I still choose to eat here when I burned on burger and pizza! LoL?

It was terrible. I know it's fast food, I didn't expect a gourmet. But the chicken was hard and dry and tasted old. The shrimps were hard. You could taste that the oil was not changed recently and everything had the burnt oil taste and was saturated with fat. The restaurant itself was dirty and we had to clean our own table before we could sit down. We won't be back.

This is a great spot for a laid-back seafood meal. The seafood is cooked fresh, and there are plenty of dishes to choose from. My wife particularly liked the option to choose between grilled and fried items. Even the coleslaw was delicious!
