The meal was really nice, always a little cool once traveling home with it. Service was poor, not welcomed just shouted at through a speaker did you use the app!? Which was off-putting. Honestly, this experience was a joke. My order has been wrong for the fifth time now, and I had to go to the restaurant myself to pick up the correct one. When I finally got home to eat, the food was freezing cold. Ronald, you should be ashamed of this restaurant; it's more of a circus than a dining establishment. This place really needs to shut down. I've visited this restaurant several times, but each time I've found that they've run out of the items I want to order. Their "limited edition" offerings feel more like "limited availability." It's surprising that a McDonald's consistently runs out of its own food. The service leaves much to be desired as well; the staff seems more focused on chatting about their next night out or how much they drank the last time, rather than attending to customers. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
