Such an amazing experience! The food staff both were amazing! They would be great for any event tailgate, wedding or a party!

Recently had Middleton host a work luncheon for 25 people. The food was delicious, the entire group raved about it. Brisket, corn bread muffins and cheesy potatoes were especially fabulous. Brian was responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend and will order from again.

Middleton BBQ catered a lovely dinner for our son's recent wedding. Brian and Darlene were wonderful to work with, offering helpful suggestions for side dishes and portion sizes. They excelled in providing North Carolina-style pulled pork BBQ, which was a special request from our son. We had more than enough food for our very hungry guests, and I received numerous compliments from attendees. We were incredibly grateful to have discovered them for our event.

Middleton BBQ recently catered our company party, and the food was absolutely amazing! Although we had fewer guests than Brian typically accommodates, he truly went above and beyond for us. Within the first hour of the event, we devoured 4.5 pounds of the sliced beef brisket! Brian's homemade Alabama White Sauce is phenomenal—it's so good that I've even dreamed about it! Seriously, it’s that delicious!

Middleton BBQ is outstanding! They provided catering for a company event I attended recently, and the meat was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend them for catering any kind of event!
