Their courtesy started the moment we walked in the door and continued until we left their location. The cleanest rooms, lobby, kitchen, dining area. The kindest, sweetest, caring people in the world. Surprise of all surprises! They gave us free breakfast, free dinner...and I mean real meals. We don't travel much, but when we do we will look for Drury Hotels.
Very friendly staff and the free breakfast, dinner and 3 free alcoholic beverages were a neat surprise!Dinner was Swedish meatballs, hog dogs and nachos. Breakfast had a couple varieties of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, hash brown, gravy, oatmeal and various breads.Quality is what you'd expect basically for a free hotel meal but I have no complaints really.Room was comfortable, clean and provided all the amenities I needed. Front desk staff was friendly and personable.Several restaurants within a few minutes walk or a Kroger just across the street as well.Noteworthy details: Free breakfast, dinner and alcohol

Me and my wife stayed there one night. We came from Massillon, Ohio, the staff was super nice. The place was clean, the food was really good.We got a Good Night's sleep. The beds were nice and we went to the Cincinnati Zoo the next day. If we ever come that way again we will definitely stay there again.Rooms: 5/5
The door wouldn 't unlock. Went to lobby for reprogram. Went back up, door still wouldn 't unlock. Went back down. Another guest in lobby with same problem. Staff member reprogrammed keys again and implied we were not presenting card properly to sensor. Went back up, door wouldn 't unlock. Went back down, staff member again reprogrammed and again implied we weren 't using key properly. Went back up the third time, door finally opened. Staff member with 'I told you so look '. Hottub closes at ten PM on a Friday night. As we didn 't get there due to working late, travel etc, we only had thirty minutes to use said hottub. Spent that going up and down the elevator with the lock caper and the friendly lock SME staff member. We felt we would be getting an above average experience by paying significantly higher than other hotels in the area. Even minus the lock issue I felt it was significantly over priced. If you were blindfolded and taken there, once in the lobby, room, dining area etc, you could not differentiate it from any chain hotel in the area such as a Hilton, Sheraton property etc. To compound that, you will get a $50 charge for incidentals . At that cost, it 's unlikely this is where kids go to party and bust the room up. It was an added irritation of a overall meh to not good experience. The shower was good. Plenty of hot water and nice soap etc on the wall. The TV remote was so difficult to use, we initially thought the TV was broken. After much button jamming, the remote finally brought the TV to live. By checkout at 11 there was nary a granola bar to be found in the dining area however the coffee was pretty good. Overall, would not recommend.
