Mcdonald's - Middletown

I visited the café for a mocha frappe since I’m a caffeine addict. The place was completely empty, although the drive-thru was fairly busy. Nobody was at the cash register, and three employees walked past me as if I were part of the holiday decor. After finishing a cup of Coke right in front of me, the person at the front finally asked for my order. Even an Uber Eats driver was waiting because the orders weren’t being packed up. I decided to stick around, as I was running low on caffeine and needed it to keep driving.

This McDonald's isn't the best. The main issue I consistently encounter here is the poor service. There never seems to be enough staff, so I tend to skip it and head to the Hardee's or Sheetz down the road instead. They offer better service and food.

The french fries and fish sandwiches were colder than the drink! Somehow, Anthony believes this is the best McDonald's in the world, but the reality is quite different. The tartar sauce was slathered all over the sandwich, which was served on cold bread with cold fish and cold fries. It seems that at night, they shut off the fryer and just put the fries in a pan right after they come out, allowing grease to pool in the pan without anything to keep them hot. If you enjoy cold food, this is definitely the McDonald's for you. COLD, COLD, COLD FOOD – come and get it!

They are short stuff and don't have everything on their menu I order thru their mobile app. When the manager came out she said they are short staffed and don't have their pies made up so I had to get something else with my order. I understand places areshort staff right now however they did give some extra items to make up for it.

Went this morning for breakfast our hash browns were all grease. Ask the manager to make us fresh ones he said , their grease needs changed and they only have one maintenance man so they can?t do it. So they rather serve something that you can?t eat
