Mcdonald's - Middletown

These McDonalds today are very slow people leaving the drive thru because they are so slow. So I recommend to go to the one nearby

Bad management or management. The order was not completed when it was served. When we came back to reorder what we didn't get, it wasn't what we ordered at all. For many people to try for a third time. This is halfway to meet grandchildren from Pittsburgh. Was not a pleasant experience: added stress to a situation, we could not eat together as food order was grounded.

Staff and management refused to wear gloves while they did food, told me they used napkins to touch the food.

Since the vast majority has an idea of what McDonald's food and service is in a standard, I will deduct them from it. The food is usually rushed, but many times I came to NJ over cold burgers and more than any other of the wide chain of PA. The workers are very quiet and very rare they are manipulable (I do not understand that they have a dream job, but that is expected everywhere. It is not difficult). Finally, their service is slow, especially when their drive is down through the computer, which has happened in my 6 months of being in the area at least half of my visits there (rare but consistent enough to express it). Something must be done here with management

Terrible McDonald's. The service is so slow...a typical wait in the drive through is at least 10-15 minutes although I've waited over a half hour before. Even tried online ordering one and after arriving and waiting in my car for twenty minutes I went in only to have the order during on the counter getting cold because nobody bothered bringing it out. I'm currently inside (thought it might be faster) and waiting for an Egg McMuffin and breakfast burritos for nearly 15 minutes now (after ordering). They need to get their act together as it's just consistently slow. Every. Single. Time. Update. Finally got our order and it's completely wrong. We ordered meals and they rang up individual items so we were overcharged for everything. Ordered a sausage McMuffin off the Dollar menu and got charged $3.49 for the egg and cheese one. And they didn't wipe off the high chair so we grabbed one and it had ketchup all over it which we didn't notice until it ruined our kid's outfit. And they didn't have coffee. Coffee! And no sweet tea. Despite taking our order for them. What the... This place is terrible. I'd give negative stars if I could.
