Contribuisci feedbackCame to Taco Bell at 11:30. Saw two employees in the building none of them answered the drive-through and looked to be closing. I’m not sure what was going on but online it says they close at 1 AM. Me and another car Both at least waited for five minutes before driving off.
Very disappointed in the service and preparation of the food. Opened my bag and one fry container was completely dumped in the whole bag. My daughter asked for a supreme and there were no tomatoes or anything on her taco. It's a shame when you feel it's not even worth going back for.
Came in for a quick meal on 5/31/24 and was treated great by the staff, the food was excellent, I know all Taco Bell’s probably use the same food but for some reason it tasted much better here. Will definitely be returning here.
Usually go here to pick up orders for DD. I sat in the drive thru for approx 20 min for an order recently… luckily it was just a DD order I was picking up didn’t want to order food for myself because they were “only taking DD orders at the moment”…
Ordered our food through the drive though at this location in Middletown. We had a large order so we always check the bag. We had made sure to order 3 hard tacos, but the drive through employee heard “a number three”. When she read it back to us, we hadn’t noticed. When we checked the bag at the window, we explained the mistake and asked for 3 hard tacos. She took the bag back, checked it, and she told us we had to come in or pull around and order again since she “can’t ring things up from the window” even though she is the one answering and placing the order from the window. We pulled around to reorder, and when we checked the bag when we got home, we realized that she took out items from our bag with zero reimbursement. We paid separately for the three hard tacos as well as the two burritos that she took from the bag. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of money.
