Wendy's - Middletown

Could not call this slow eating fast. expect to wait 20 min. their order wrong after they go home and they will be magically closed before it should be. corporate or the owner should be aware. my girlfriend works next door and has tried to go there on the lunch break and is closed or she can't get her food because they take long to make it. she gets an hour lunchtime. how has this business been profitable and its at least 6 months long,

This place always has the worst when we get our order right. 2 days ago I got food poisoning from eating a spicy chicken sandwich. I didn't stop, it was the only thing I had eaten all day. the last time I ever go to a wendy. be careful!

Bad service around, waited for a long time just to place my order through the drive thru, this is also pulled out of line after several cars before me because wait. the type that took the payments was not friendly, and my order was still grounded.

I misunderstood my order, but they have it right on the bill. charged for 2 hamburgerpatties got only one, for cheese for chili and not received. wait 45 minutes. no dining room open so it could not go back. last time I visited wendys. food: 4/5

The order was correct and hot for dine in, so I’ll give them that. I generally try to give fast food the benefit of the doubt due to short staffing. But they had 5 people in there and the girl at the front counter had no intentions of taking care of customers until she had to. (Receipt says Layanna) She walked away to the back of the store after taking each order pretty much and made a line pile up that took 10-15 to even order. She wasn’t busy, just lazy. Not friendly at all. No ice in the front machines. The soda was flat/low on syrup for almost all flavors so it wasn’t worth the money. Probably won’t go to this location again.
