Burger King - Midland

The restaurant must have hired new employees. They were very polite. It seems like they are still learning and possibly understaffed. Let's give them a chance, my friend.

I usually go to the s Saginaw road burger kind because I live around there. But I was at the mall and decided to get bk here. The costumer service was amazing! The man who gave me was food was extremely nice and polite. Didn’t wait long for the food. Got the order correct. Would recommend this place

Every time I go they screw up my order. This time she asked for the bag back. Even though I literally took out the fries and food and had my hands on it. She proceeded to hand me my actual order, and put what I handed her back on the table to hand to the folks behind me. This is disgusting and really shouldn’t be happening.

Chad, the Assistant Manager was fantastic. Keep a level head and was prompt! Even went out if his way to try and find me a specific item I requested. Kudos to Chad.

The customer service at this restaurant is very bad. I placed an order online, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told it was broken and had to go inside. Once inside, the drive-thru miraculously started working again. I informed the staff that I had an online order, but the girl at the register just said "ok" and walked away. After waiting for 10 minutes, I inquired about my order only to find out they hadn't even started it. The staff at this Burger King location consisted of mostly young, shy, and rude individuals. I will not be returning here again.
