Jimmy John's - Midland

I was originally hesitant to try the sub shop across the street because it seemed like they prioritized online orders. However, after reading some negative reviews, I almost decided not to go. I eventually walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service. The sub was good, but it became truly fantastic when I bit into the Jimmy Peppers.

People seem to really criticize this location for no good reason. I've ordered twice recently, and even though there was a line of cars ahead of me, they efficiently served everyone. I only had to wait 5 minutes to get my food, which is pretty impressive given the current labor shortage. Plus, the food I ordered was accurate and delicious.

I experienced some difficulties with ordering online at this restaurant. However, the first staff member I spoke with calmly apologized and assisted me in finding my account information. When he was unable to fully resolve the issue, he promptly involved his manager. Both individuals were very friendly and did their best to help me. It was clear they made a great team.

Jimmy John's is your typical fast food spot. The food is delicious and the service at the counter is speedy. Despite the limited indoor seating, there was ample space when I visited. The majority of customers were using the drive-thru. Overall, I would rate the food and service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. The average price per person ranges from $10 to $20.
