Not very welcoming, but only thought that the staff had a bad day; let us be stuck in the cellar as we had no reservation. the lachs with a nice order. it turned out that salmon was excellent, but veggies were burned to a carbon basket. spargel was in order, okra was burned and not editable, and the brusseln sprouts were not reachable because the coal in the mouth build.

Absolutely disappointing. we made a reservation and drove 45 minutes to eat here. we arrived 20 minutes before our reservation. we stood in the lobby for 10 minutes without a sign of a host. When one finally showed up, she told us that she had to make the table ready and then sat in the lobby. before we were gone, we tried to find the hostess or a waiter and nobody saw, but the place was somehow packed. long story short: they can make a reservation, but they do not honor them. that was a huge waste of time and we will not be back.

This evening 05-28-2022 near 5pm from outside the city. they asked if I had a reservation, I said we could not sit at the bar, said the young girl that the bar did not open until 5:30 clock and wait over the flur in front of the restaurant. I said, but her website says her opened at 16:30 on Saturday. the young lady said no at 17.30. we have gone and never returned. bad and terrible customer service.

Now. we would not return, listen to the reasons:.1) we had high expectations and we knew that our bill would be high, first we got accepted by an rude waiter that we sneak in. we had a reservation and we sat by the host, he could have checked with his host in advance and not make us feel unwilling.2) then our food comes in. 40 minutes later to find out that my steak was overcooked and an order was grounded, salmon and vegetables were dry, we recommend the pour and garnel that were excellent cocktails too. too expensive at the end for mediocre eating. we had great business in our party so our experience was not bad overall.

Everything was perfect. Service was great. Food was delicious!
