Contribuisci feedbackThe cook prepared a steak and cheese burrito that had cheese melted all over the outside of the packaging, making it impossible to pick up. The cheese was greasy and soaked the entire package. I ended up having to eat it at home with a knife and fork on a plate. I won't be going back to Taco Bell anymore.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff always seem to be in a bad mood and are short and rude with customers. The food is consistently poorly prepared; I received a cold, hard dish with almost nothing in it. For instance, I ordered a five-layer burrito box, but the taco was only half-filled.
I came from the city for a football event, but it got canceled due to rain. So, we decided to treat ourselves and ended up at Taco Bell. After braving a monsoon and driving 10 miles, we realized that two tacos and a burrito from one of our combo meals were missing. I usually don’t complain, but it seems someone was really busy last night!
The service sucked. And this isn't the first time either! This is a habit every time we go there. We never get napkins. Never get it sauces and today was no different. I would just drive the extra 2 miles to the other one by family fare till get better service.
I think this was the best experience for Taco Bell yet. We ordered on the kisok and it was pretty dead in there. Our order ringed and they sprang to action. We had our drink within seconds(usually we get it with our food). The food really took them a couple minutes and was hot and fresh. The tables and floor were clean and staff was super friendly.
