We've been on the move for several years. every year the experience gets worse and worse. this year the couple of us had to give us menus. the server forgot our order and brought the wrong food. a larger group was given more attention than the party of 2. we received our acknowledgement before we had ever seen our bill. Thank you. we said we never had a bill that was made available for 15 minutes. we have refilled our own drinks and had to go into the counter for items that the server has forgotten because it was never around to ask for missing items white castle if they continue to do this, wake up and put their heart in pun intended.
In this year it was no longer. they were not prepared when we were there at 16 o'clock. is available in brief. much less seating are available. flowers on the tables were very nice, but too big for the vases and fell slightly over. we have made Valentine's Day in the White Castle in Midlothian, Il. in the last 10 years. this year and last year not so beautiful. Probably will skip next year.
Would not recommend wc to friends for valentinstag. we like white castle otherwise. since 2010 we are going to the Valentine's Day. we always enjoyed the visit. they had half as many tables this year. this year it was not so festive, less decorations. they were not ready. all employees were inexperienced. we had to ask for things they forgot. we thought that wc would probably wipe out the Valentine's Day Special. we probably won't go next year. we were disappointed.
My party consisted of my wife my 5 yr. old son and my sister in law along with her 6yr old Daughter and 4 yr old son.We had reservations for 8:30pm. The staff at The Midlothian White Castle was very helpful putting 2 tables together so our party could dine together. We enjoyed a mixture or white castles, fish sliders and chicken rings. I was pleased that the restaurant offered children’s size milk shakes which we ordered 2 strawberry as well as a vanilla shake. Following the meal we were offered 3 heart shaped balloons for the kids to take home. I also ordered a strawberry chocolate smoothie that we sampled and it was delicious. The Restaurant was beautifully decorated and we gave our hostess girl a $10 tip following our $40 bill. I recommend spending Valentine’s Day at White Castles for all families with children as a fun night together with sliders and milk shakes.
