Zaxby's - Midlothian

The food is good and the service is ok. The drink machines are a disaster. They spray everywhere and are frequently out of some kind of soda. They are always nasty. It’s not clear that they are being cleaned or maintained.

This place is pretty much the perfect fast food restaurant. The chicken fingers and sandwiches are amazing, the fries are beautifully seasoned, and the menu has quite a lot of stuff! The building is themed to look sort of like a barn, and it's incredibly nice on the inside. And last but not least, the workers here are some of the nicest I've ever seen!Parking: This Zaxby's location features a fairly large parking lot.

First and last time. The food was okay if you were very hungry. The service was barely a one-star rating. She didn't bother to speak when we walked up and didn't speak when we placed our order. I asked a question, and she responded.

I had to visit this restaurant three times and have three terrible experiences before feeling compelled to write a negative review. Unfortunately, my third visit was just as disappointing. The staff is consistently rude and abrupt, and the service and manners are simply atrocious!

It's ok but if you're in a hurry and don't feel like frying up some chicken at home but you want fried chicken and your favorite go-to place for fried chicken ran out of chicken then this place.
