Rude bald bartender… Slow customer service!!!! Don’t check on you unless you’re …… Head to hunt them down for a drink refill. Will not eat here ever AGAIN. Food needs salt

Subpar at best. I ate here 3 times during my stay at this property. Salmon and Reuben were both terrible. The only decent meal was the turkey/avocado club. Prices are ridiculous. $6 for pop or coffee is insane.

I placed a room service order. After an hour I called. Was told I put in wrong room number...clearly I did not. Had my rect. After 2 hours no food. Called. Told same thing and that I hadnt paid. Finally they delivered and again told me I put in the wrong number. I showed my rect, my room card and my room number placard. So i dont recommend the room service for food. The cheesecake was not great. Staying in the Rio and this is only room service option but there are several other great options here to choose from with in the facility.

$22 for a cheeseburger no thrills charge more give less.......clean your floors at least if you will charge this much....wasn't impressed with the food for that price one leaf of wilted lettuce barely any cheese and mayonnaise packets

Prices are a bit high. Either prices need to come down, or food quality needs to increase. Philly cheese steak was ok but quite salty.
