I got a breakfast Stromboli, it was amazing. The service? Not to great it took over 5 mins for someone to come to the front to actually ask what I wanted, it’s not like they were in the back there were 3 people right in the front talking to each other I made eye contact so they saw me, then I get to the cash register and the terminal wasn’t working for me and I understand that equipment don’t always work, but what got me was, first of all the 2 workers were still talking to each other making me feel like a third wheel and secondly, after I asked for help the cashier SNATCHED my card out of my hand and inserted it herself. I didn’t get a receipt nor did they ask if I wanted one because AGAIN they were too engaged in their conversation. All in all customer service needs improvement. I didn’t appreciate the fact that I’m spending my money here and no one took the time to even make eye contact with me or a simple smile or THANK YOU at the end of the transaction.
