El Farol - Midvale

Favorite Mexican place. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews on here, ive been coming to this restaurant for years and while the food may be a bit americanized its still my favorite mexican restaurant in town. Service is fast and food is made fresh. I love their chips and their chimichangas!

Never again. I thought I'd try a new mexican place and I've driven by this one quite a few times. I ordered a chile verde burrito and I was sorry I did. I couldn't even finish it. They used really hot chile. It was by far the worst chile verde burrito I've ever had. I was so disappointed. I was still hungry when I left so I got a whopper and it was the best hamburger I've ever eaten. It might have just been because I was starving when I left El Farol though.

I love the carnitas, and the chile relleno is very good.

This place is okayI have been here twice now and my family has been here all the time growing up.

Oh oh! I have gotten in the habit of looking forward to "$2 Tuesday Taco Night" I find the chicken tacos to be my favorite.
