The curve is a little tight to curve around the building but over all speed of service and food quality seems rather good.
I have seen on occasion with my own eyes and have heard horror stories about how this particular Bojangles treats their employees with such disdain it has made me decide to no longer support the restaurant with my business.
I love Bojangles as much as the next person, but the location in Millers Creek, NC has gone down hill lately. The wait is always 15+ minutes on Sundays. And sometimes the staff can be really rude.
Management is sloppy and the owners sister Angela is rude. An hour into my first and only shift Angela looks at me and says “you need to make yourself useful and not just stand there” like I was supposed to know exactly what needs to be done only working there an hour. The manager Santana came in the store three different times while it wasn’t her shift just to show off her new car, and have discussions with people who were trying work but pouting. It isn’t nothing but a bunch of drama you had two women crying and pouting about their scheduled days. There are only three decent sweet workers and they get worked like dogs. It’s clear to see the owner makes excuses for their sisters rudeness as well as several others witnessed the way she spoke and turned around to gossip with the older woman who does coffee in the morning. Nothing makes up for poor management and lack of good ownership.
Nothing special, heard from former employees the pay is low. So be nice to the workers.
