While most people were standing around waiting for their food, my family and I chose to sit down. We appreciated that he came over twice—first to explain why our order was taking a bit longer, and then to bring us our food. It’s important to highlight the excellent customer service, especially given that the staff was short-handed. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag, and he was too busy for us to ask for his name as we left, but management should definitely be made aware of his outstanding service. We were very grateful for the experience we had today! Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

This has always been my favorite Bojangles, but yesterday morning was disappointing. I ordered two chicken, egg, and cheese biscuits with added tomato and mayo. A man behind me ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and after several minutes, he received his food. Eventually, I was given a bag containing a Cajun fillet and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I explained that this was not my order, and they informed me that they didn't have a ticket for my order. After insisting that I knew what I had ordered, a manager was called over to help locate my order in the system, but she couldn't find it. After a lengthy wait, I was finally given a bag with my order, but it was missing the tomato and mayo. A few minutes later, I received another bag containing mayo and two tomato slices. The worst part was the change in attitude; what started as a friendly welcome turned into a rude implication that I was lying as I left. I'm officially done with this poor service. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also rated at 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant contributed greatly to the enjoyable experience, deserving another 5 rating. Additionally, there’s plenty of parking available, and it's free, which makes for a convenient visit. Highly recommend!

The staff at this Bojangles has always been friendly. Plus they usually get your order right I don't know if I've ever had to order wrong here. If you like Bojangles you shouldn't be disappointed with this one. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
