The place is very small so if you don’t come early on the weekends you will have to wait. If you have a party of more than 6, 7 people then this is not a good place for you unless you don’t mind to sit at two different tables or wait for them to put two tables together. It offers authentic Shanghainese cuisine. The service is quick and friendly. The price is fair. 8/13/2020. I’ve been here three times since the Mid-March SIP to get take-out when I visited my mom. I usually call ahead with my order but one can also places their order at the restaurant. The food is still as good as before with very reasonable price. I’ll continue to get food from here hoping they don’t go away. Photos show the current setup. Nobody walks in the restaurant.
This is one of our family regular Shanghai style restaurants whenever we are in the south bay. The food is authentic. Their hot foods come from a hot wok. I like their kidney with red oil appetizer because it is not overcooked and very tender. Serves family of 6.
My go-to place for Shanghai Cuisine. Love their mini-wonton, pork-rib, chestnut chicken… Look forward to reopening!
This is a very good family restaurant this time I brought my family to eat and we were very satisfied that the food was delicious and we didn't spend a lot of money
Not great. Not bad. Ordered 3 dishes, no drinks. Came out to $52. Service was a bit slow. The place is very small and is cash only. Also, very hot and stuffy. Probably 15 degrees hotter than outside .
