The food took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and lacking in toppings. We had to microwave everything, which ruined the taste. We reached out to Firezza to express our dissatisfaction, but received no response. It seems they only care about getting paid for serving subpar, cold food.
This restaurant used to be good, but the quality has declined significantly. The pizza is of poor quality, and do not expect to be able to order any alcohol from their menu as they will not deliver it. It appears that they only employ Muslim delivery drivers who will refuse to deliver orders that include alcohol. You will only be informed of this issue when you call the branch after your order is very late, as they do not notify customers of any problems.
Really?? STOP WASTING MY TIME!!!Wow wow!! 2 weeks consequently problems with my order. The problem is TIME. Seems like Firezza can't accomplish with their deliveries, sometimes they have not drivers, sometimes they have too many orders, sometimes they have not idea what's going on...oh dear! What a shame!! It's an incredible great product with a VERY POOR management and organizational skills. I'm sorry to say. I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU ANYMORE.
My experience with Firezza's delivery service was really bad and caused me to not even taste their pizza. Everything was going fine ordering on their website until it came to payment. This completed through Paypal but received no email confirmation and order didn't appear online. Upon phoning up the restaurant I was told that they were having issues with Paypal and I would need to wait 20-30 mins for the order to register. After waiting this long I phoned back but they were no longer answering their phone. Over 90 mins after my original order, they phoned me back to say they'd finally received it. I told them that I wanted to cancel and the restaurant said that was fine. However, almost a week on they still have my money and have not refunded me. Totally unacceptable customer treatment and service, I will not be trying again.
