Wán Zhōng Shòu Sī - Mimasaka

I was taken to this restaurant on the recommendation of my uncle. I had a variety of sushi and zaru soba. We shared rolls and other dishes, and everything we ate was delicious! Plus, the prices are reasonable. I definitely want to come back with my family next time.

This is a restaurant that has been beloved by locals for a long time, offering sushi, udon, and set meals. I tried the sashimi set meal for 1080 yen. Let me be clear...huh, this is so worth it for 1080 yen (in the style of a certain world-famous online shopping company's commercial). Located in Ohara, near the Chugoku Mountains, you might think, sashimi here? But don't underestimate it. It was a very satisfying sashimi set meal. As it is a small restaurant, I couldn't take photos out of respect for other customers. Despite being a very traditional establishment, it is kept very clean. The salt and soy sauce lids on the table were not dirty at all (checked like a nitpicking mother-in-law). Oh, it was delicious. I stopped by Ohara to buy sake at Tanaka Sake Brewery, but I will definitely come back for this restaurant.

I have loved Maruchu since I was a child, and I always make sure to visit whenever I come back to my hometown. Whether it's sushi or set meals, I am always satisfied with whatever I order. Recently, I visited with some young colleagues from work, and they were all thrilled with the food. Personally, I always have the Maruchu roll, which I crave regularly. I have been obsessed with the Maruchu roll for decades now.

「武蔵の里 五輪坊」で出会った謎の旅人のオススメで利用。 「丸忠寿司」という名前ですが、蕎麦、うどん、など和食メニューも充実。かつ、和定食、海鮮丼などが1000円を切る値段で、とてもリーズナブル。小ぢんまりした地元のお寿司屋さんといったたたずまいなので、見た目だけならまず入って無かったお店ですが、味も良かったしオススメ！
