IF they aren?t arbitrarily closed, you can usually bank on getting a soupy blizzard. Edit following response from company: My ?last? visit? Try my last five visits. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and won?t write off a business over onesmall issue. But when it?s clearly a management issue, I have no problem voicing my concerns through a review.
I just went through Dairy Queen. It was not busy at all and I only received half my order; which on top of that I ordered three blizzards and two Sundays, (which weren?t even in there own carrier they were stacked on top of each other) and the only thingthat had covers were the Sundays and when I asked if they can put a cover on my blizzards, they just handed me the covers. Whichwhen I try to put them on, broke the cup, which caused it to get all over my car. then when I tried to call to figure out how tofix this issue, they ignored all of my calls.
Update: Tried going back but they were closed at 8:30 on a Friday. This might be the worst Dairy Queen in the country. Theyre regularly closed during stated hours, will have a drive thru open sign lit and be closed, and when you can get service thefood is sloppy and ice cream melted.
We were in the drive thru line at 9:30 pm Saturday night for dessert and they shut the lights off on us and wouldn't respond. Online shows they are open until 10 pm. Very upset with the workers and they all should get fired.
