Bio Mindo

Friendly staff/kitchen offered several vegan options from the menu. Pretty fast service and a bit lower cost that many other places with vegan options. Vegan hearts of Palm Ceviche was very good, but our favorite was yuca soup.

We tried two soups, vegetable cream from Yuca were both amazing. Most items seemed to be made fresh, so they were able to veganize many dishes. We also had a vegan Quinoa Burger by keeping the cheese and the Mayo and a Quinoa vegetable mix.

The dessert they claim is vegan contains milk. So you really need to ask for every dish about milk and eggs. Not sure they know what vegan is.
